Family photo session in Katowice
Family photos are taken for the version of you that exists ten years from now. I photograph families in Katowice — outdoors, in the park or in a studio, at a pace children can handle too.
The session covers up to five people, and you choose how long it runs — from 30 minutes to two hours. We take frames of everyone together, but also smaller combinations: parents on their own, the children on their own, grandma with the grandchildren. Nobody has to stand in a row and say cheese.
Children do not have to cooperate for the whole session — the best frames usually happen once they stop paying attention to the camera.

Frequently asked questions
How much does a family session in Katowice cost?
You choose one of three packages: mini session — 30 minutes and min. 20 retouched photos for 250 zł, session — one hour and min. 40 photos for 400 zł, long session — 2 hours and min. 80 photos for 800 zł. Each package covers up to 5 people; for 6 or more I prepare an individual quote.
What if the child refuses to cooperate?
That is normal and built into the plan. In an hour-long or longer session a break fits in easily, and the best photos usually come out of play rather than a pose.
Do you photograph families with a baby?
Yes. The family session covers parents with a baby too — we simply go at a calmer pace, and breaks for feeding and changing do not eat into the shooting time.
Outdoors or studio?
Outdoors gives natural light and more movement; a studio gives a calm background and independence from the weather. In Katowice I most often shoot in Kościuszko Park and Silesian Park, and we rent a studio around Bogucice.
What should we wear?
Whatever you feel at ease in — calm, related colours and no large prints. Before the session I send a few suggestions matched to the chosen location.
